Established in 2008, Negusse's collective - SNAP Specialty Coffee - seeks to provide specialty Ethiopian coffees processed \"consistently and exceptionally.\" They run or partner with several washing and processing stations throughout Ethiopia, including the two Worka Chelbesa washing stations in Gedeb, where this offering hails.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTRUST THE PROCESS |\u003c\/strong\u003e This lot, composed of indigenous landrace varieties, is the first of the season from Worka Chelbesa and was processed using traditional Ethiopian washed protocols, with a shorter period of underwater fermentation before being rinsed and spread out to dry on African raised beds.
