The resultant blend is a celebration of each producer's ingenuity and innovation - a goal which is shared and showcased in each of blends coming out of our own roastery.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTRUST THE PROCESS |\u003c\/strong\u003e After being handpicked at peak ripeness, the coffee cherries in each of the five lots underwent a 24-hour period of dry fermentation before being rinsed and then dried. Each producer utilized his or her own proprietary drying method to individualize flavor profile and complement variety characteristics.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTAKE A SIP | \u003c\/strong\u003eFruity and sweet, this coffee reminds us of a few of our most nostalgic holiday treats: chocolate-covered cherries, and chocolate oranges. There's plenty of fruit on the palette to let you know these coffees were naturally processed (think red cherry, dried mango, and navel orange).
